In the Space Alpaca ecosystem, there are 38 guilds, similar to node organizations, aimed at establishing decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) to promote ecosystem development. The main points are as follows:

Guild Composition

• 30 guilds require a minimum of 300,000 SPAL held at a single address. The top 30 holders become guild node leaders, overseeing the entire guild.

• Additionally, 8 are chosen by the project party and must have at least 300,000 SPAL at their first address. These 8 leaders guide other guilds during the project's initial stages.

• Guild leaders must maintain a pledge of at least 300,000 SPAL during their term.

Guild Leader Benefits

• Guild leaders can collectively share 30% of the guild's operating pool, settled and distributed every 14 days.

• Guild node leaders also share game fees, block-chain fees, and participate in competitions and offline events.

Player Joining the Guild

• Players need to pledge at least 100 SPAL to the guild to become a member.

• Members collectively share 70% of the guild's operating pool based on the pledge ratio, settled and distributed every 21 days.

Guild Leader Resignation Mechanism

• Guild leaders can choose to forfeit their guild privileges, but they must release all SPAL pledged to the guild.

• Unlocking requires a 27-day cooling-off period during which no pool earnings can be obtained.

Guild Leader Replacement Mechanism

• A single address holding at least 300,000 SPAL and not having served as a guild leader before can replace a departing leader.

• Replacement guild leaders are selected from the replacement list, with results announced before the cooldown period for the previous guild leader's pledge ends. The address with the most SPAL takes over the leadership role.

• Existing guild members and the SPAL pledged will be inherited by the new guild leader.

Guild Reward Mechanism

• The 38 guilds compete once every 30 days, with settlements based on the total SPAL pledge amount of guild leaders and all members.

• The top three guilds with the highest total pledge amounts equally share the competition pool.

Member Resignation Mechanism

• Members can choose to forfeit their guild privileges but must release all SPAL pledged to the guild.

• Unlocking requires a 3-day cooling-off period during which no pool earnings can be obtained.
